By using GPTZone.Com An Advertising & Paid to Click Website, You (As used in these terms of service, We, Us or Our refers to GPTZone.Com and You or Your refers to the Visitor or Member or Advertiser) must read, understand & agree to all the terms and conditions set out in these terms of service (user agreement). You must leave the website, if you do not agree to these terms of service GPTZone.Com reserves the right to change, edit, add and/or delete portions of these terms of service and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members & advertisers will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with GPTZone.Com and/or notification posted on the website/forum, visitors are subject to changes as soon as they next visit the website with the modified terms of service. If any modification is not acceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate your GPTZone.Com account. Your continued participation in GPTZone.Com following our posting of a change in policy notice or new terms of service on our site will constitute your binding acceptance to the change. You agree and acknowledge that you will review this policy on a regular basis and you further agree that upon logging in and viewing the site you are deemed to have reviewed and accepted the latest revisions/modifications to these terms of service.
You may only have one account. Do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts will be terminated. Accounts are not transferable. If you have forgotten your user information, all you need to do is request forgot password or create support ticket

You may refer other people in your household. However, they must have a valid unique e-mail address and valid unique AlertPay address / account to register with our program.
When you register and create a user name / password combination to become a member, you are fully responsible for the safe keeping of your access combination and must not disclose it to anyone. You are solely responsible for the conduct of anyone using your GPTZone.Com account, who has gained access with or without your consent. You are, therefore, advised to change password regularly in your profile. Any unauthorized access to your account should be reported immediately.
With our tough anti-cheat system, it is extremely difficult to cheat. If someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to forfeit all earnings and possibly even ban the user from our network.
Auto Click/Software. If you are offering or found to be promoting or using any unauthorised third party software or services used to auto-click, auto-surf, ad-alert your account will be terminated without notice. Deletion of your account due to any of these violations results in forfeiture of all account balances.
Sending unsolicited mail to people, asking them to join GPTZone.Com without any prior contact with you is not only against our policy, but it is also illegal. We have ZERO tolerance against spamming and if we receive just ONE SINGLE complaint against you for spamming, we first verify that the spam incident did occur and then we delete all current funds in your account. If you are reported as spamming for a second time, we will verify the second incident and then take the necessary steps for terminating your account.
We do not allow the use of Proxys to view ads on our site this will cause termination of account
Multiple registrations shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Registering multiple accounts from the same IP address or from the same computer also constitutes fraud
We do not tollerate anyone who uses false information to get referrals.
If your account has been inactive for more than 45 days, your account will be terminated by clearing your earnings.
You have to be active & must click the ads on daily basis for payment.
All payments are made via AlertPay or Paypal and no other payment method is being used at this time. Standard members can request a payment once they reached a minimum of $2.00 in their account balance. Premium members can request a payment once they reached a minimum of $1.01 in their account balance.
Usually we are paying our members within 24 hours time but this can take upto 15 working days to issue your payment based on our work load. However, you must pass our audit for payment. You can only request one payment at a time.

Fees for upgrading your membership or purchasing intangible items are non-refundable generally. Aside from this, we will work with you to solve any problems you may have.
All members should post their Payments Proof to get next payment(Link To Post Proofs www.urgptbiz.com) . If any member will not post payment proof within 3 days then the account will be deleted permanently.
We will not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labour dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our reasonable control. We reserve the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions or terminate services any time on one month's notice - notice will be sent to your last notified email account and is effective irrespective of whether the email is successfully delivered as long as it is sent to the correct account
We are not responsible for any products and services of advertisers and we cannot get involved in any disputes between you and advertisers on the Website. Also, links to websites external to the Website are beyond our control and therefore any issue relating to such websites are between you and the relevant website owners
The Website is provided us on an as is and as and when available basis to all users and we do not make any representation or warranty or condition, either express or implied, to you regarding the access to the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, the Website or the computer server from which the Website is made available, are free of viruses or other harmful components (though we pass all content through an up-to-date virus prevention software system - we strongly advise you to keep all systems and data backed up at all times and to maintain your own up-to-date virus prevention software, as to the accuracy, content, timeliness, completeness, legality, reliability, quality or suitability of any information, advice, content, service, search results, products or merchandise provided through the Website
You are not an employee of GPTZone.Com and you are not an independent contractor for GPTZone.Com. We simply create a middle-man connection from the advertiser to the consumer. You or GPTZone.Com has the right to terminate this relationship at any time
